THE JOB:
Reports to the Flour Operations Director, manages the handling of bulk wheat from ship discharge to supply in the mills and from bulk loading to varied demands in volume and specifications.
Maintains high standards of hygiene, housekeeping and operational efficiency within the wheat transfer system
and head house facility. Enhances and develops skills of his team, identifies relevant competency training gaps and follow through with the required training.
Manages the daily reconciliation of stocks and works with agreed key measurement criteria within the company.
